About
Do you often feel misunderstood, frustrated, or lonely in your relationship? Do you struggle to express yourself effectively and find yourself in the same argument with your partner? Maybe you have tried therapy before and it was not quite the deep healing or transformation you were hoping for. Maybe you are looking for the first time. Either way: Welcome. I combine a variety of therapy modalities to heal old attachment wounds and reduce the emotional reactivity that fuels conflict in relationships. I help you break old patterns and replace them with relational ones. I invite you into a brave space to be healed and inspired.
I’m Glad You are Here.
Meet Danielle
Relationships are my passion. I have spent the last 8 years studying under relationship experts to learn what approach gets the best results in therapy. While the relationship with your therapist still remains to be the top priority, I believe that taking a developmental approach to couples and individuals work is the key to transformative results. This approach interrupts the pathological perspective that either person is inherently bad or flawed and provides hope as we discover each person’s developmental edges. (where they get stuck). With support, you will be encouraged to stretch beyond those stuck places as you learn more about yourself, your partner, and the relationship you are co-creating.
I am a married mother of four and I understand the gifts and challenges of marriage and parenting kids of all ages and have applied my therapy approach to my own marriage and have seen first hand the benefits. I would love to help you maximize your relationships and bring peace and harmony to your home.
